Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your IronWing. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and, where possible, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-refundable items

Shipping Protection fees and gift cards are non-refundable.
